Achieve Any Goal with Magical Mind Control

The First Step

You hate it, it’s the reason you’re still in a job you loath, it’s the reason you’re not where you want to be.

The first step, it’s the biggest hurdle, the hardest part – It’s the step, that you’ve never taken.

You know what you want; you want to start a business, get fit, or leave behind a job you dislike. You’ve got is all planned, but…That’s where it ends. Almost, as if, an intangible force is conspiring against you.

It’s a moment that appears in our lives many times. You stand on a precipice, at a crossroads, your thoughts conflicting your actions. Outwardly you may seem fine, but internally there’s a battle raging.

We’ve all been here, at least once, if not many times. It’s never easy or particularly enjoyable; though, it’s in these moments that we achieve our greatest accomplishments.

I know, I know, I can already hear you saying, “Okay, we get it! How do we take the next step?”

It’s simple, “You are, what you eat”. Wait…What?!

Okay, that’s not really the full story, but it’s this thought that changed everything for me. “You are, what you eat” is good in theory, but it’s not the whole picture. It does however make a great metaphor. (Thanks health and fitness peoples.)

Allow me to explain, “You are, what you eat”, in it’s simplest form becomes, “What goes in, comes out”. The problem is that you are not just what you eat.

You are, what you eat…drink, breath, read, watch and more importantly, you are what you think.

Rather, You are, what you think.

A wise book, puts it another way, “Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks”. What we allow to fill our minds and hearts, impacts the way we act. How we act, determines our outcome.

To change your outcome, and to achieve any goal you’ve set – you’ll need to use some, Magical Mind Control. Some what?! Magical Mind Control.

Okay, it’s not really magical, it is however a novel idea. The idea, that we can control what we think, rather than be controlled by our thoughts.

How magical mind control is practiced, varies from person to person. However at it’s core, it’s simply a set of physical and tangible changes that allow us to shape and reshape our mindsets and thoughts.

4 Ways to Achieve Any Goal, with Magical Mind Control

All of which I use personally.

  1. Spend time with people who’ve already achieved your goal: Want to get fit? Spend time with fit people. Want to start a business? Spend time with entrepreneurs – You’ll receive inspiration via osmosis.
  2. Make time to achieve your goals: block out and set aside time that you can spend progressing towards the end goal. You’ll never start a business, go to the gym or achieve any goal you set unless you set aside time.
  3. Get accountable: It can be nerve wracking the first time you tell someone about your goals. However, speaking them out in front of others and asking others to keep you accountable could just be the motivation you need to take your next step.
  4. Focus, meditate, pray: No matter your spiritual inclination, consciously spending time focusing on a goal has powerful ramifications in the link between your subconscious and conscious mind.

You can think of it like this – You’re planing to by a new car, you go to a dealership pick out a nice new black sedan. You think to yourself, I like this one, it fits my needs and it’s unique. You head home to think about it a bit more. Over the next week you see your car everywhere, I mean everywhere. How can this be? You’ve never noticed them before, did everyone just go out an buy the exact same car? Nope, there’ve always been there. The only difference is that your subconscious mind now knows that this subject is important to you, so it pushes information regarding the car into your conscious mind.

Now you know how to achieve any goal with a little Magical Mind Control.

I’m not saying it’s all going to easy just because you think happy positive thoughts. What I am saying is that, if you learn to control your mind you’ll find a way to end up right where you want to be.

So take your first step now, not tomorrow, not next week, now.
